Typical toothless. Auburn isn't a rival? Second tier program playing above their heads? Well, that second tier program is still the BCS National Champions until we hand that title back to LSU when they spank bammer for the second time this season (bammer couldn't handle LSU even with home advantage):).
Let's make sure we atleast know the actual facts.
bammer leads the total series 41-34-1 this includes the 9 straight bammer wins under kingpin drunk barh bryant that bought and paid players very much like sabarh now operating with the rec (red elephant club) slush funds.
Auburn leads the last 30 years 17 - 13.
Auburn leads the last 10 years 7-3.
Wow! Just Wow! For a non rival, Auburn sure has been playing above their heads for over 30 years!
Sorry to be so underhanded as to deal in actual facts but when dealing with a uneducated bandwagon fan base, actual facts get lost by bammers!

Oh, how well do I know bammers? Just watch how they respond with Scam Newton. Well, I truly have no inside on if payments were made or not. I do know the NCAA has dismissed. I hope we didn't but I do know if we did then it was just trying to keep up with all the $$$$ the rec at bammer has been pouring out to get these top recruits.
The bammers say they come to play for sabarh and the bammer tradition, ha,ha. Okay, let's look back at when sabarh came to bammer. Mike Shula, according to almost every bammer was going nowhere and most of all they could not beat their non rival Auburn (lost last 4) which made 5 in a row. Something had to change! A massive coaching search resulted in failure after failure as no coach wanted to come to bammer (Paul F. On Jox sports radio) was saying then, who would want to come to bama. The program was in shambles then they bring in sabarh with a lot of hype but since LSU was a loser at Miami. Now surprise, sabarh after having a losing season at bammer his 1st year bammer has the #1 recruiting class? $$$$$
The rec is in full stride now buying only the best players.
I have no clue if your new head coach was tarnished by his surroundings, I hope not as I think he is a good coach. Time will tell but just be aware of the facts!
